Terms of Service

Go ABA Careers is operated by GO ABA CAREERS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Sunbiz document no. L19000301736), doing business as Go ABA Careers. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean GO ABA CAREERS LLC. “You” means the person using Go ABA Careers and, where that person acts for a business, that business.

By creating an account or using Go ABA Careers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you act for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Contact us about these Terms at hello@goabacareers.com.

Provide accurate, current information about yourself, your business, and any qualifications you claim, and keep it up to date. One business may hold only one account per Employer Identification Number (EIN), and one person may hold only one account per National Provider Identifier (NPI). Do not create duplicate accounts to bypass these limits or obtain additional welcome credits.

Keep your account access secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly at hello@goabacareers.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a billing error.

One job post costs $79 and covers one listing, live for 30 days from publication. Paying at checkout buys one post credit; payment alone does not publish a listing. A credit is set aside when a job is submitted and is used only when the job is published. If the job is sent back for changes before publication, the credit returns to your account.

Paid (purchased) credits never expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Account deletion forfeits unused credits as described below.

Listings are moderated. We may send a listing back for changes or take it down, including when it violates these Terms. Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and currency of their listings and for complying with employment and nondiscrimination laws. We do not guarantee publication, a particular number of views or applicants, a hire, or any hiring outcome.

Cash refunds are available only for billing errors, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. A duplicate charge is refunded. Report billing errors to hello@goabacareers.com so we can review them.

For an unauthorized charge or chargeback, the related job is taken down, its credit is revoked, and the account is frozen pending review. Contact hello@goabacareers.com about that review.

There are no refunds for unused credits, filling a position early, the number of applicants received (including receiving none), or listings removed for violating these Terms.

The welcome credit is limited to one per business, identified by its EIN, not one per account or per person. It is valid for one job post and expires 90 days after the account is created. It has no cash value and is not transferable between accounts or businesses.

Like a purchased credit, the welcome credit is set aside on submission and used only when the job is published. If the job is sent back for changes before publication, the credit returns to the account. Returning it does not restart or extend its original 90-day expiry.

We may revoke a welcome credit for abuse, including duplicate accounts or false business information. Creating another account does not entitle the same business to another welcome credit.

Use Go ABA Careers only for lawful job posting, job seeking, and related hiring activity. Do not post fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful content; impersonate anyone; misrepresent credentials or business information; solicit payment from applicants as a condition of applying; upload malware; send spam; or attempt to access another account or interfere with the service or its security.

Submit only content you have the right to share. Do not disclose patient records, protected health information, or another person's confidential information in listings, profiles, or applications. You retain ownership of your content and grant Go ABA Careers permission to host, display, and share it as needed to operate the service and deliver your listings or applications to their intended recipients.

We may remove content or restrict or suspend accounts for violations, fraud, security concerns, or legal requirements. Removal of a listing for violating these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

Go ABA Careers provides a platform connecting employers and talent. We are not a party to any employment relationship or agreement between users, do not employ applicants on behalf of employers, and do not make hiring decisions. Employers and talent are responsible for evaluating each other, verifying qualifications and employment terms, and complying with applicable laws.

A credential or identifier check is informational and is not an endorsement, a guarantee of suitability, or a substitute for an employer's own verification. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user content or the conduct of any user.

An account owner may close their account using the account closure controls. The account is frozen immediately and cannot be used. Permanent deletion follows this schedule, measured from closing:

• Employer account with any card-paid job: permanently deleted 1 year after closing.
• Employer account with any other job, but no card-paid job: permanently deleted 6 months after closing.
• Employer account that never had a job: permanently deleted immediately.
• Talent account that applied to any job: permanently deleted 6 months after closing.
• Talent account that never applied to a job: permanently deleted immediately.

Restoration before permanent deletion is available only by emailing hello@goabacareers.com. Immediately deleted accounts have no restoration window. Once permanently deleted, an account cannot be restored. Unused credits are forfeited when the account is deleted, including purchased credits that otherwise never expire.

After deletion, financial and billing records are retained in anonymized form for at least 7 years for tax purposes. Account deletion does not erase those retained anonymized records.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Go ABA Careers is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that the service will meet your hiring or employment expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GO ABA CAREERS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from your use of Go ABA Careers. Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $79 or the amount you paid to Go ABA Careers in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. They do not restrict nonwaivable consumer rights or our obligation to correct billing errors under these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any nonwaivable rights under applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Go ABA Careers must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and GO ABA CAREERS LLC consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. We will publish the revised Terms here with a new version and last updated date, and give notice of material changes through the service or by email before they take effect. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service and you may close your account. Continued use after the notified effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

We record the Terms version associated with account-creation acceptance. Earlier acceptance records retain their original version; publishing a new version does not rewrite them. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
