What we share with employers
When you check the “Share my full profile” option on a job application, the following information becomes visible to that employer. You can choose this per application — it is not a global setting.
Always shared
Regardless of your profile sharing choice, employers always see:
- Your full name
- Your credential type (RBT, BCBA, or BCaBA)
- Your cover letter (if provided)
- Your resume (if uploaded)
Shared when you opt in
When you choose to share your full profile, employers also see:
- Your bio
- Your BACB certification number and verification status
- Your credential expiration date
- Your NPI number and verification status
- Your practice city and state
- Whether you are open to relocation
- Your minimum desired pay (if set)
Why we recommend it
Employers who can verify your credentials and understand your expectations upfront are significantly more likely to move your application forward quickly. Profile-complete applicants typically receive faster responses and more interview invitations. Your personal address, phone number, and government ID are never shared.
