About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our network and provide high-quality, client-centered care. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, analyze behavioral data, and provide ongoing supervision and support to Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work closely with families to ensure evidence-based, compassionate care that promotes meaningful developmental progress.
Requirements
Current BACB certification in good standing Florida State Licensure (LBHP) or eligibility to obtain Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with ASD Strong collaborative and communication skills
